Design
The 911 Carrera combines the best of the old with the new with its timeless, sports car design and ultramodern shades like Racing Yellow, Agate Grey, Lizard Green, and Jet Black. 19” or 20” alloy Carrera wheels with five dual-arm spokes give it a low, confident stance. Its curves are as aerodynamic as they are appealing giving you peak performance that’s impossible to ignore both on or off the track. The 911 Carrera offers an impressive light display with LED headlights featuring Matrix Design technology and High-Beam Assistant, four-point daytime running lights with dipped beam, and the rear light strip with three-dimensional taillights.
The cabin is flooded with natural light thanks to the available slide/tilt sunroof which opens outward to provide maximum head room. Two-zone automatic climate control will keep you and your passengers comfortable while the active carbon fiber fine dust filter and available ionisation function keeps the cabin air smelling fresh.
Performance
With a top speed of 182 mpg, the 911 Carrera is a beast to contend with. Roar from zero to 60 in just 4.0 seconds. The 3.0L Twin-turbocharged boxer 6 engine configuration delivers 379 hp and 331 lb.-ft. of torque. The sports exhaust system amplifies the sound of the engine which is placed in the rear of the Carrera for a more balanced ride. The intercooler improves overall performance while lowering emissions. Higher fuel efficiency is possible with the Auto Start Stop function which can be toggled off at any time.
The brakes are equipped with four-piston aluminum monobloc fixed brake calipers, and Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) are also available for maximum braking potential.
